A: We mainly produce different kinds photo frames, tin sign, canvas oil paintings, etc.

A: Yes,we have our own factory and could provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets.
About the sample fee
Q: Why do you charge sample fee?
A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and material, and we need to pay our designers salary. once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.
Q: How much is the sample fee?
A: The account is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
When your value of trade reaches 8,000 USD, you will be our vip customer. And all your samples can be negotiable, meantime the sample time will be much shorter than normal.
Q: Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
A: If your order, the sample fee will be refunded to you.

A: It is 5-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the sample urgently, it can be done within 3 days.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: To our old customers, the MOQ can be 1 CARTON. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize in frames, we can do very small quantity for you. 1000 pcs or 500 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that.
About the delivery Time
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Usually, it is 30-45 days according to your quantity.
Q: If i want the order urgently, can you make it faster?
A: Your urgent order is acceptable, 10-30 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
